Everyone falls into financial hardship now and then.  Shelter Ministries can help DeKalb County residents through the rough times by offering some financial assistance in the following areas:

HOURS:

• Tuesday and Thursday:  2:00pm – 4:00 pm  (No appointment is necessary.  Please follow instructions on application.  If you are employed during these hours you may call 260-925-9200 ext 301 to schedule a financial appointment.)

PAPERWORK NEEDED:

• FINANCIAL APPLICATION (4 pages) — if seeking rental assistance your landlord must also fill out the following rental affidavit.
• RENTAL AFFIDAVIT *  (1 page)  *Your Landlord must fill out and sign the Affidavit. Without the Affidavit, rental or mortgage assistance will not be considered
